About the role
- Work across teams and interact with business areas across all company segments (Livre, Fleet, RAC and Pre-owned);
- Identify customer needs and propose solutions that meet their expectations, in collaboration with the Customer Success team;
- Design dialogue structures for chatbots;
- Develop conversational flows for chatbots, following UX best practices and considering customer demands and expectations;
- Write copy that humanizes chatbots and enhances user interaction;
- Select and organize relevant content for chatbots based on customer needs and materials provided by clients;
- Evaluate performance metrics to continuously improve chatbot effectiveness;
- Assist in producing company materials such as presentations, emails, case studies, manuals, and guides.
