About the role

  • Develop and maintain internal branding initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging across the organization.
  • Work closely with the design team to create marketing materials that reflect the agency's brand and values.
  • Devise and execute internal communication plans to keep team members informed about company updates, achievements, and important announcements.
  • Facilitate regular communication channels such as newsletters, intranet updates, and team meetings.
  • Develop and curate content for internal platforms, including articles, blog posts, and multimedia content that highlight the agency's expertise, projects, and achievements.
  • Plan and execute internal events, such as team-building activities, celebrations, and milestone events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guidance.
  • Create and oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve client objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years Proven experience in internal marketing, or related roles, in agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms like Hubspot
