About the role
- Develop and maintain internal branding initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging across the organization.
- Work closely with the design team to create marketing materials that reflect the agency's brand and values.
- Devise and execute internal communication plans to keep team members informed about company updates, achievements, and important announcements.
- Facilitate regular communication channels such as newsletters, intranet updates, and team meetings.
- Develop and curate content for internal platforms, including articles, blog posts, and multimedia content that highlight the agency's expertise, projects, and achievements.
- Plan and execute internal events, such as team-building activities, celebrations, and milestone events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guidance.
- Create and oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve client objectives.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years Proven experience in internal marketing, or related roles, in agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms like Hubspot
