About the role

  • Own creative execution from brief to delivery across static, motion, and video formats.
  • Develop creative concepts, Key Visuals, and visual systems scalable across multiple formats.
  • Produce motion graphics and AI-driven video assets efficiently and at high quality.
  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining premium creative standards.
  • Adapt and scale assets for different channels, markets, and use cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and creative production.
  • Practical experience applying generative AI tools in real creative workflows (not experimental only).
  • Technical & Functional Skills: Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of motion design, animation principles, and video/post-production workflows.
  • Experience creating Key Visuals (KVs), visual systems, and multi-format creative assets.
  • Proficiency using generative AI tools for image, motion, and video production (e.g. Midjourney, Weavy, Freepik AI).
  • Ability to translate strategic briefs into clear, scalable visual solutions.
  • Soft Skills: High level of autonomy and ownership of deliverables.
  • Strong creative judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with a senior mindset.
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback.
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced (B2-C1).
