About the role
- Design static ads and graphics for paid and organic social media
- Design email banners and layouts for marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
- Create on-brand digital assets for landing pages, product pages, and web components
- Support light UI/UX work using Figma, including components for Shopify and landing pages
- Create print-ready assets for retail environments, including packaging, in-store signage, and event collateral
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, CRM, and developers
- Ensure consistency across digital and print materials in line with brand guidelines
- Work efficiently within design systems and respond quickly to feedback
- Use platforms like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver final files
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design (e-commerce, consumer goods, or lifestyle brand experience preferred)
- An updated and visually strong portfolio showing both digital and web design work is extremely important
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for Shopify or similar platforms
- Experience with creating ads for paid social advertsements
- A bright, bubbly design aesthetic and aren't afraid of bright, bold colors
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo is a plus
- Understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and responsive design
- Ability to manage timelines, communicate clearly, and adapt in a fast-paced, remote-first setting
- Comfortable communicating with clients who are on U.S. hours
