• Understand the full financial, accounting, tax and financing situation of the group.
• Propose practical solutions and drive important matters through to completion.
• Manage the relationship with the external accounting firm and ensure quality work.
• Maintain a reliable group-level view of liquidity and expected cash requirements.
• Monitor bank loans and identify financing risks early.
• Establish a reliable 12-month overview of tax obligations and statutory filings.
• Collaborate with external partners like accountants, tax advisers, and banks efficiently.
