Deliver SENTRY machine health solution services to KCF SMARTdiagnostics customers
Configure and maintain customer SMARTdiagnostics machine health platform including set up of alarm limits and notification criteria, asset details, pictures, event logging, user access, etc.
Provide SMARTdiagnostics machine health platform coaching and training to facilitate customer engagement
Perform remote asset health monitoring of customer equipment
Create and deliver SENTRY Reports at required frequency per contract that provide actionable insights, root cause analysis, action item prioritization, and success metric tracking
Utilize KCF’s methods to document and track customer value
Stay current on safety certifications as customers require (expenses covered by KCF)
Maintain a professional image that reflects the company’s culture
Promptly respond to customer requests
Communicate with customers directly and demonstrate autonomy and responsibility
Field general inquiries regarding KCF products and services
Requirements
GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
Industry experience, including a combination of: Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, Equipment repairs, Reliability Engineering, Vibration Analysis
CAT II vibration certification or higher in combination
Ability to comfortably own, manage, and analyze 1,500 sensors (or 9 sites)
Effective knowledge of machinery fundamentals
Effective knowledge of general mechanical fundamentals
Subject Matter Expert in at least one industry
Experience generating and accurately documenting customer value through predictive maintenance and root cause problem solving
Effective mechanical aptitude, engineering mindset, hands-on experience, & enjoyment of learning how things work
Superior communication skills; written, face to face, and over the phone
Effective at using Microsoft suite of products
Able, willing, and excited to travel and maneuver through large industrial plants
Ability to travel 20%
