About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the end-to-end student lifecycle from application processing to final conversion across channel partner offices
  • Drive region-specific student conversion targets
  • Build and maintain long-term channel partner relationships
  • Negotiate commercial and operational terms
  • Onboard and train partner teams
  • Maintain partner engagement through communication, reviews, and field visits
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners
  • Ensure partner offices follow processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices
  • Resolve partner-level operational and quality issues
  • Guide agents to improve student application quality and volume
  • Liaise with subject matter experts to provide current country, university, and process knowledge
  • Collaborate with Head Office teams on regional challenges, support requirements, and planning
  • Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives
  • Support events, seminars, fairs, and partner-led marketing activities
  • Customize marketing strategies for regional market dynamics
  • Travel extensively across the assigned region to support growth, engagement, and operational consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • 4–7 years of total experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the International Education sector
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply domain knowledge
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability in complex situations
  • Strong partner management, operational oversight, and regional business development capabilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region
