About the role

  • Responsible for driving the success of our company’s software products
  • Delivering value to internal and external users through software development.
  • Gather business requirements, manage user expectations, and provide vision to development team.
  • Focus development team to ensure execution of roadmap and delivery of new features.
  • Define product vision, and maintain product roadmap.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives.
  • Plan, prioritize and manage delivery of backlogs.
  • Ensure quality level of delivery by actively participating in release process.
  • Report on progress to stakeholders and IT management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, business, marketing, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience.
  • Product management certification, such as Certified Product Manager (CPM), is desirable.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a software product owner
  • Experience leading cross functional teams with Scrum methodology
