Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars for leadership and team members; schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative inquiries, ensuring professional communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Maintain accurate records and office files in accordance with established policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of directly related administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of customer mission and organizational strategic goals.
