About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development teams in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications
Serve as a technical leader responsible for application architecture, integration strategies, and adoption of development best practices
Drive the development and maintenance of applications, including coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities
Establish priorities, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and IT strategy
Guide the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective technology solutions
Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements, modernization initiatives, and new technology solutions
Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and scalability of supported applications
Provide leadership and guidance in resolving complex technical challenges, production incidents, and system issues
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, solution designs, and development standards
Lead Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate development efforts across global teams, vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful project execution
Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and professional development opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
Eight (8)+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack
Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications
Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based software delivery environments
Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues
Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET 6/8+, and modern web application development
Experience developing applications using ASP.NET (Web Forms and MVC) and RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipeline implementation
Knowledge of application architecture, systems integration, and software development best practices
