Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Factors
- Experience in implementing human factors integration activities
- Ability to manage projects from a technical and commercial perspective
- Knowledge of human factors and systems engineering
- Experience within multidisciplinary consultancy environment
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentoring
- Strong track record in formal human factors analyses
