About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and train members of the Property Management team
- Coordinate with shops to ensure equipment and materials are picked up or delivered and track accountability
- Maintain paperwork and files; enter and research property transactions in software systems (GCSS-Army, DST)
- Conduct inventories to maintain 100% accountability of Major End Items (Class VII)
- Update and create data/reports using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Conduct causative research
- Uphold safety standards
- Other duties that may be assigned to meet company and departmental goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but not required
- Preferred experience as a DoD contractor, GSA employee, or uniformed military
- Strong written and oral communication
- Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain local base access
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable Common Access Card (CAC) issuance
- Must be able to stand - between 5 to 6 hours per day
- Must be able to walk - between 3 to 4 hours per day
- Must be able to lift - up to 35 lbs. – 50 lbs. periodically
- Must be able to squat, kneel, bend, reach and climb periodically
- Must be able to work outside and inside in non-climate-controlled environments
