About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Associate Project Manager works alongside and assists the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- They are responsible for coordinating various project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project stays on track.
- They support the Project Team with internal process compliance.
- The role will require close liaison and interaction with our clients.
- Familiarisation and understanding of the Programme and contractual and scope-of-works responsibilities.
- Integration with resources, teams and stakeholders, understanding their responsibilities, requirements and scope delivery ownerships.
- Documenting actions, recording and producing Minutes of Meetings.
- Ownership and tracking of security requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Confident and proactive.
- A keen problem-solver, able to take initiative and drive the project forward.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Membership of a relevant professional body or actively working towards achieving this.
