Key responsibilities & impact

Manage an assigned operational segment of Engineering by directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals
Contribute to business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients
Monitor and support the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources
Identify market trends, applications for existing and new technologies, and communicate best practices throughout the company as assigned
Set technical standards and procedures for a group of engineers and designers

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship
U.S. Secret Clearance required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET accredited college or university, or approved equivalent
Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
Ten years of experience, five of which must be in supervision, in engineering design, construction, maintenance, repair, operation of major real property facilities, and the formulation, coordination, and administration of civil engineering plans and programs
DoD installation-level working experience
