About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivering Supportability Engineering and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities across projects
Conducting ILS health checks and developing ILS strategies to support tendering
Advising on FMECA, RCM, LORA and MTA to define effective support strategies
Optimising spares, reliability modelling, and Support & Test Equipment solutions
Developing end‑to‑end support solutions across the full project and programme lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practitioner-level experience in at least one recognised Supportability Engineering management methodology (e.g. ILS, Integrated Product Support (IPS) or Through Life Support (TLS)).
Knowledge and practical experience across a range of Supportability Engineering capability methodologies and Supportability Analysis (SA) and Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) tools.
A strong track record of developing support solutions for customers and delivering programmes of work to meet customer satisfaction, timelines, and budgets.
Proven leadership, management, and collaborative working experience.
