About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations
- Ensure aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Provide leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities
- Assist in the supervision of all assigned personnel supporting TAS operations
- Serve as the designated authority in the absence of the Site Manager
- Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing strict adherence to flight line safety standards
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements
- Lead, supervise, and mentor assigned personnel during shifts
- Schedule personnel to maintain required service levels
- Inspect and audit in-process and completed work to verify compliance with PWS requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. National (USN) with an active Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
- Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of: Aircraft ground handling and servicing procedures, Airfield safety requirements and flight line operations, Applicable Technical Orders and maintenance practices
