About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations
- Ensures aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with (PWS), contractual requirements, applicable Technical Orders, safety standards, and U.S. Government/U.S. Air Force directives
- Provides leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities
- Assists in the supervision of all assigned personnel supporting TAS operations
- Serves as the designated authority in the absence of the Site Manager and is accountable for maintaining operational continuity
- Coordinates with Government stakeholders and ensuring consistent performance in a high-tempo, 24/7/365 austere environment
- Maintains a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing flight line safety standards
- Ensures full compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Quality Assurance requirements
- Assists in the daily oversight of TAS operations
- Inspects and audits in-process and completed work to verify compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. National (USN) with an active Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
- Demonstrated experience in flight line operations and aircraft servicing
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of: Aircraft ground handling and servicing procedures
- Airfield safety requirements and flight line operations
- Applicable Technical Orders and maintenance practices
