Key responsibilities & impact

Review, validate, and verify data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Perform routine data maintenance activities, including updates, corrections, and cleanup of existing content
Support scheduled audits of data by identifying outdated, duplicate, or incomplete information
Coordinate with internal teams to confirm source data and resolve discrepancies
Assist in monitoring data freshness and flag potential risks of stale or inaccurate information
Support reporting on basic usage and data quality metrics as directed
Learn and apply best practices for information management and data quality over time
Provide administrative and operational support to senior knowledge management staff as needed
Partner with teams to automate extraction and normalization of data from disparate sources

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or other related field
2 years of experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large sets of information
Experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power BI
Ability to follow defined processes and standards consistently
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
