About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support compliance with FAR 52.245‑1 requirements related to government property.
  • Assist with physical inventories of government and company‐owned property.
  • Support receiving activities, including identification, tagging, and documentation of property.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate property records in the eQuip database.
  • Help ensure proper accountability, control, and traceability of assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Participate in identifying and documenting best business practices related to property management and supply chain operations.
  • Support audits, walk‐throughs, and internal reviews as needed.
  • Assist the local property and supply chain teams with additional property management–related tasks as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Ability to work onsite in Beavercreek, OH for the duration of the internship.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow documented processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Willingness to perform hands‐on work involving physical assets.
  • Familiarity with government contracting or FAR regulations (coursework exposure acceptable).
  • Prior experience or coursework related to inventory management, asset tracking, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with databases or inventory systems (e.g., eQuip or similar tools).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‐functional teams.
