About the role
- Provide test and systems engineering SETA support to the Government.
- Advise on requirements verification, test planning, execution readiness, and evaluation of contractor test results across lab, range, and operational environments.
- Independently assess requirements traceability from TRD to verification methods (Test, Analysis, Inspection, Demonstration).
- Review contractor test strategies and plans across developmental, integration, and operational phases.
- Assess test procedures, configurations, and success criteria for system-level, RF, network, cyber, and operational performance.
- Review or witness key test events; evaluate results, anomalies, and corrective actions.
- Assess readiness for TRR, ORR, and milestone reviews; provide recommendations to Government leadership.
- Support configuration control, risk tracking, and action item closure related to verification and test activities.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
- 10 years of experience systems engineering and test & evaluation for complex DoD systems.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Strong understanding of requirements management, verification planning, and T&E lifecycle execution.
- Prior SETA or government advisory experience preferred.
