About the role

  • Manages an assigned operational segment of Engineering by directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals
  • Contributes to business development and marketing internally to the company's employees as well as externally to the clients
  • Monitors and supports the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities
  • Identifies market trends, applications for existing and new technologies, and communicates best practices
  • Optimizes results for customers by establishing goals and objectives for operations

Requirements

  • US Citizenship
  • U.S. Secret Clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET accredited college or university, or approved equivalent
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
  • DoD installation-level working experience
  • 10 years (5 of the 10 years in supervision) experience in engineering design, construction, maintenance, repair, operation of major real property facilities, facilities programming and planning
