About the role
- Lead the development of all aspects of the price proposal response for small to mid-sized opportunities
- Analyze solicitations to identify cost, pricing, and compliance requirements
- Partner with Proposal and Contract Managers to develop the Pricing Volume response
- Draft and finalize cost/price narratives that clearly substantiate the pricing approach and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
- Develop and present pricing assumptions, financial summaries, and cost/price analyses in support of internal reviews and proposal submission
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Contracts, Subcontracts, HR, Finance, and Operations to deliver compliant and competitive pricing solutions
- Tailor standard pricing templates and formats to align with specific solicitation instructions
- Modify and expand pricing models from standard department templates to address unique proposal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Finance/pricing
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including complex Excel modeling
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Pricing experience bidding on NASA, Aerospace, GSA or complex Cost-Plus proposals preferred.
