About the role
- Perform financial analysis, accounting, or project control tasks under the guidance of senior team members
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes, tools, or areas of assignment
- Identify, analyze, and document opportunities for change and improvement, using data to support findings and recommending actionable solutions
- Apply analytical thinking and effective communication to document work performed and propose next steps
- Present findings and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and business leaders through written reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear written reports and group presentations.
