About the role
- Provide functional and technical support for SharePoint Online, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power Automate, Nintex
- Maintain and improve system availability, performance, and functionality
- Be available after hours to provide emergency support
- Gather and document functional requirements
- Develop documentation of functional/technical design specifications
- Configure SharePoint to support requirements and design of proposed tools/sites
- Produce and maintain documentation for SharePoint systems and solutions
- Champion technical governance and guidelines for Microsoft 365 automation tools
- Participate in planning, execution, and testing of SharePoint and tools, version upgrades, 3rd party solutions, and integration with other applications
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree + 2–4 years SharePoint experience, OR 8 years relevant experience without a degree
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility to adapt to new tools and technologies; must be a self-starter who can work independently
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities
- Experience with SharePoint Online
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow)
