💰 $85,300 - $128,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide functional and technical support and guidance for SharePoint Online, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Power Automate, Nintex, and various other Microsoft Tools
  • Maintain and improve system availability, performance, and functionality
  • Be available after hours to provide emergency support as needed
  • Gather and document functional requirements from user representatives to build solutions
  • Develop documentation of functional/technical design specifications
  • Configure SharePoint to support the requirements and design of proposed tools/sites
  • Produce and maintain documentation for SharePoint systems and solutions
  • Champion technical governance and guidelines for Microsoft 365 automation tools

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship due to sensitivity of customer related information
  • bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of SharePoint related work experience, or 8 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience with SharePoint Online
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with personnel at all levels
  • Proven ability to coordinate with team members, project members, customers, users, and other stakeholders to successfully develop, conduct, and implement software solutions
  • Flexibility to adapt to new tools and technologies; self-starter capable of working independently
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities, meet tight and fluid deadlines
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Automate (Flow)
