About the role

  • Provide semi-professional technical support for engineers working in such areas as research, design, development, testing, or manufacturing process improvement
  • Perform assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed, selects or adapts standard procedures or equipment
  • Conduct various tests or experiments which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures
  • Assist the government facilities manager or engineer in reviewing performance work statements (PWS) to identify deficiencies in service contracts
  • Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports, briefings, presentations and analysis on facilities assets and engineering support.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must obtain and maintain local base access
  • Must possess a valid State Driver’s License
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in technical fields, such as civil engineering, drafting, surveying, or construction estimating
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, Adobe and computer aided design products.
