About the role
- Provide daily accountability for all CE Operations personnel
- Ensure all employees are briefed on Safety practices for the jobs being performed
- Coordinate with the shops and production control to ensure Work Tasks are completed within Performance Work Statement (PWS) quality and time requirements
- Give advice and assistance on Work Task priorities based on the PWS, Air Force standards and personal experience
- Manage material requests and coordinate with material control to ensure the shops have equipment, tools and parts to perform the tasks safely, and efficiently
- Provide reports and updates on work completion status daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
- Hold meetings to pass on and receive information to the sections and shop leaders
- Attend design and construction meetings to provide insight and recommendations on projects and base activities
Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. SECRET Clearance
- Fifteen years’ experience (8 of the 15 years in supervision/management) in real property operation, maintenance and repair of facilities, infrastructure systems, pavements and grounds
- USAF installation level working experience
- Associate degree or higher in a related field
- Knowledgeable and Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
