About the role

  • Provide administrative or secretarial support to a department and/or Manager.
  • Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work.
  • Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering but are mainly administrative in nature.
  • Under close supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures requiring some knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Supports general business operations by providing administrative support activities.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Must possess a valid State Driver’s License.
  • Requires at least 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Basic oral and written communication skills
  • Must have an excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand - between 2 to 3 hours per day.
  • Must be able to walk - between 4 to 5 hours per day.
  • Must be able to Lift - up to 35 lbs. – 50 lbs. periodically.
  • Must be able to squat, knell, bend, reach and climb periodically.
  • Must be able to work outside and inside in non-climate-controlled environments.
