About the role
- Manage the overall execution of the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program – Philippines (MCPP-PHIL) Task Order
- Develop and enforce administrative and operational policy

- Plan, coordinate, and execute and/or supervise the performance of all functions for the MCPP-PHIL Task Order
- Lead, coordinate, and manage the accountability, readiness, and sustainment of MCPP-PHIL and MCPP-PHIL Organic equipment
- Coordinate and implement Task Order deliverables in support of MCPP planning and execution requirements
- Identify specific requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the Task Order
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the budget execution of the Task Order
- Review and approve requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies within budgetary guidelines
- Enforce compliance with established safety and environmental regulations, methods, and procedures
Requirements
- BS degree in business or another related field
- MBA Preferred
- Fifteen years of progressive experience with specialized knowledge of maintenance and logistic support activities involving motor transportation, engineering, ordnance, and communications equipment
- Ten years in a management capacity involving various aspects of cost/schedule controls, performance monitoring, report writing, program planning and customer interface
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must possess a valid state Motor Vehicle Drivers’ License
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense secret security clearance
- Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport
- Applicants must be able to pass an FBI Background investigation with no criminal, civil, or security violations
- Must be able to obtain a work visa and an Alien Employment Permit for the Philippines
