About the role

  • Support program planning, cost analysis, and technical evaluations
  • Develop accurate time-to-task Basis of Estimates (BOE)
  • Create detailed time-to-task labor estimates and full-time equivalency models
  • Implement structured estimating methodologies and ensure consistency across project leads
  • Provide clear rationale for all labor hours, materials, and equipment
  • Draft clear, comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Conduct thorough reviews of subcontractor proposals and assess their technical merit
  • Apply facilities maintenance, utilities, and government facility operations knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • 10 years experience with government facilities estimating, maintenance, or management
  • Extensive expertise in interpreting published estimating standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating/scheduling software
  • Must hold a valid passport
  • Must currently possess or be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience developing estimates for CONUS government facilities
  • Experience using artificial intelligence/large language models (LLMs) to develop estimates
