About the role
- Responsible to meet contract requirements and deliverables across all three ICS projects (AFHE, HFAM, and AFSI)
- Deliverables include but are not limited to preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance schedules, milestone due dates, and maintenance ticket completions
- Supervise over 50 employees across 30+ locations worldwide with major areas of support in mainland United States, Hawaii, Spain, and Japan
- Responsible for $30M+ profit & loss (P&L), ensuring achievement of revenue and operating income on an annual budget
- Responsible for generating new business opportunities and making sure growth goals are achieved
- Ensure that program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved: delivery, quality, safety, cost, and schedule
- Responsible for building a strong customer relationship and clearly communicating all contract deliverables through consistent, predictable messaging patterns including recurring weekly status meetings, monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews, and others as necessary
- Responsible for ensuring program compliance with US Government regulations.
- Charter, sponsor, and direct cost control projects to ensure cost competitiveness of the business
- Drive continuous improvement plan, including supporting and participating in cross program projects
- Drive employee engagement activities including annual People Perspective Surveys, monthly townhalls, skip level discussions, and frequent site visits
- Maintain healthy staffing levels per contract and customer requirements
- Drive employee recognition program to include monthly safety awards, quarterly OneKBR awards, and other recognition efforts
- Drive all Zero Harm safety program initiatives with 100% achievement of Leading Indicators
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 10 years of demonstrated project and program management with P&L responsibilities
- US Citizen
- Must have 10+ years of direct experience managing multi-site operations with P&L responsibility
- Must have 10+ years of direct fuel handling experience
- 25% travel
- DLA or government experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification preferred
