Software Engineer

• Managing and escalating GCSS-Army incident reports to the Service Desk
• Training contractor personnel that perform daily GCSS-Army functions for the APS-3 team and special projects in TUC 930 and 960
• Providing troubleshooting assistance for daily critical warehouse processes
• Developing job aids that support work instructions for SSA/warehouse operations
• Formulate teaching outlines and determine instructional methods and utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness
• Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested to include providing reports related to training and GCSS-Army user report
