About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead configuration and maintenance across Workday HCM modules, including business process frameworks, security roles, and integrations
  • Support and test bi-annual Workday releases, enhancements, and new functionality
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders and vendors
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through audits and controls
  • Manage integrations and data feeds between Workday and downstream systems
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and recurring or ad hoc reporting
  • Analyze HR data trends and provide actionable insights for HR, leadership, and business decisions
  • Identify HR process and system usability improvements and lead or support HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and liaise between technical and non-technical teams
  • Develop system documentation, job aids, and process workflows
  • Train HR users and business leaders on Workday functionality and updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology with Workday HCM experience required
  • Workday implementation experience is a plus
  • Strong judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to identify operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to appropriately handle confidential information
