Global Sales Enablement Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and run a sales enablement programme that supports our SMB and Enterprise sales teams across the UK, Europe and the US.
- Own inbound and outbound lead workflows, CRM accuracy, pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity stage design.
- Manage meeting bookings for the sales team and at conferences .
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to track impact and share results with the wider team.
- Be a collaborative member of a global, cross-functional, and innovative team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in sales enablement or sales roles selling SaaS / travel management in the B2B sector across the UK, Europe & USA.
- Experience building relationships with travel managers, procurement professionals, and other commercial contacts across assigned regions
- A data‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring the impact of enablement programmes
- The ability to adapt and prioritise in an ambiguous environment
