About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end execution of push engagement programs, including Onboarding flows, Retention sequences, Winback campaigns, and Evergreen "always-on" sends.
Continuously A/B test copy, timing, and segmentation to improve open rates, click-through rates, and downstream conversion.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless technical implementation and event tracking, and collaborate with Brand Marketing to ensure all communications resonate well across our regions and markets.
Monitor daily performance metrics and provide regular updates on user retention, channel health and campaign success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of experience in CRM, mobile marketing, or engagement marketing.
A solid understanding of mobile push notification best practices and platform-specific nuances (iOS vs. Android).
Experience diving into the data to understand user behavior and are comfortable using marketing automation tools (Experience with MoEngage is a plus).
A strong collaboration mentality and thrive in a cross-functional environment and can translate marketing needs into technical requirements for product teams.
