Seasonal Ice Cream Supervisor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run events, greet customers, serve ice cream traveling to various fairs and businesses across Ontario for events
- Provide information to customers
- Coordinate with event contacts
- Replenishing supplies as needed
- Monitor inventory and place orders
- Handle cash-making change and prepare invoices
- Receive and process payments by cash, credit card or automatic debit
- Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce
- Maintaining a clean atmosphere of the scoop truck
- Physical aspects include standing/walking and bending at the waist
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organizational skills
- Mature and reliable with strong communication skills and work ethic
- Flexible; crew members must be available to work a variety of shifts on days, evening, weekends and statutory holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Be of age to stay overnight in hotels
