About the role

  • Innovation and quality management within our law firm
  • Overseeing and optimizing onboarding and offboarding processes for clients and employees
  • Tasks related to internal firm controlling
  • Support in marketing and recruiting as well as internal HR management

Requirements

  • You value team cohesion
  • You work digitally, are process-oriented, and quickly adapt to new tools
  • You have very good MS Office skills and, ideally, experience with DATEV (not required)
  • You would describe yourself as implementation-focused and performance-oriented
  • You hold a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a business administration background and already have professional experience in an innovative work environment
