About the role

  • Innovation and quality management for our firm
  • Support and optimization of client and employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Tasks related to internal practice controlling
  • Support in marketing, recruiting and internal HR
  • Ongoing tasks in the areas of data protection and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance

Requirements

  • You value team cohesion
  • You work digitally, are process-oriented, and quickly adapt to new tools
  • You have strong MS Office skills and ideally experience with DATEV (not required)
  • You would describe yourself as results-driven and action-oriented
  • You have completed commercial training or hold a degree in business administration and can demonstrate professional experience in an innovative work environment
