About the role
- Innovation and quality management for our firm
- Support and optimization of client and employee onboarding and offboarding
- Tasks related to internal practice controlling
- Support in marketing, recruiting and internal HR
- Ongoing tasks in the areas of data protection and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance
- Support in coordinating our locations
- Client communications management
- Execution of special projects in close collaboration with our management
- Additional varied responsibilities — you won’t be bored
Requirements
- You value team cohesion
- You work digitally, are process-oriented, and quickly adapt to new tools
- You have strong MS Office skills and ideally experience with DATEV (not required)
- You would describe yourself as results-driven and action-oriented
- You have completed commercial training or hold a degree in business administration and can demonstrate professional experience in an innovative work environment
