About the role
- Innovation and quality management within the firm
- Support and optimization of client and employee onboarding and offboarding
- Tasks within internal firm controlling
- Support in marketing and recruiting as well as internal HR/personnel management
- Ongoing tasks related to data protection and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance
- Support in coordinating our office locations
- Client communications management
- Execution of special projects in close cooperation with our executive management
- Additional exciting areas of responsibility — you won’t be bored
Requirements
- You value teamwork and team cohesion
- You work digitally, are process-oriented, and quickly adapt to new tools
- You have very good MS Office skills and ideally have experience with DATEV (not required)
- You would describe yourself as action-oriented and performance-driven
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree with a business/administrative background and already have work experience in an innovative work environment
