About the role

  • Innovation and quality management within the firm
  • Support and optimization of client and employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Tasks within internal firm controlling
  • Support in marketing and recruiting as well as internal HR/personnel management
  • Ongoing tasks related to data protection and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance
  • Support in coordinating our office locations

Requirements

  • You value teamwork and team cohesion
  • You work digitally, are process-oriented, and quickly adapt to new tools
  • You have very good MS Office skills and ideally have experience with DATEV (not required)
  • You would describe yourself as action-oriented and performance-driven
  • You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree with a business/administrative background and already have work experience in an innovative work environment
