Key responsibilities & impact

Work independently and collaboratively to manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, handle oral arguments, and assist in trials in state and federal courts
Handle cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of progressive experience handling all aspects of defense litigation matters in hospitality (preferably hotels or managed properties), premises or general liability, business/commercial litigation, or related area
Trial and arbitration experience preferred
Experience handling litigation in federal and state courts
JD from an ABA approved Law School
Admitted to practice in Texas.
