About the role

  • Lead one of our platform teams, focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM), mailing services, and backend architecture
  • Provide guidelines and best practices for high-quality backend development
  • Maintain and evolve our shop monolith to modern standards
  • Develop tooling and boilerplate code for backend services
  • Ensure stability and adaptability of mailing services
  • Offer project-based IAM solutions for product teams
  • Contribute to development efforts with backend technologies such as Golang and PHP
  • Advance team members’ skills and careers, ensuring continuous engineering excellence

Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on engineering experience in Golang and knowledge of PHP
  • Initial leadership experience through mentoring, coaching, or in a managerial position is beneficial but not required
  • Experience with utilizing cloud and infrastructure resources
  • Familiar with tools like Kubernetes
  • Fluent in English (C1)
  • Results-oriented approach with a dedicated focus on delivering top-notch solutions.
