About the role

  • You take responsibility for managing your own brand partners
  • You develop marketing and go-to-market approaches together with your brands based on their needs: you create strategies, align them internally and support their implementation
  • Performance optimization is part of your responsibilities: you analyze your brands’ performance, identify potential and initiate appropriate measures
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our Retail Media strategy and bring insights from your brand portfolio
  • You identify new potential brands using market data and competitor analysis, attend trade fairs and convince brands in face-to-face meetings to work with us
  • You are responsible for small projects to optimize existing processes and provide constructive feedback on existing workflows and tools
  • You work closely and cross-functionally with colleagues from Product Management, Key Account & Vendor Management, Marketing and Finance to ensure your brands are optimally supported.

Requirements

  • You have a successfully completed degree in business administration and ideally initial professional experience in e-commerce, business development, vendor management, category management or strategic procurement
  • You work analytically and in a structured way and enjoy taking responsibility and driving your brands forward
  • You enjoy negotiating, have strong communication skills and present yourself confidently
  • You inspire others with your passion and have a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • You are well organized, keep an overview during dynamic phases and bring the necessary flexibility
  • You make data-driven decisions and approach problems in a structured and analytical way to solve them sustainably
  • You are confident working with large datasets in Excel
  • You speak fluent German (native level) and English (C1)
