About the role
- Responsible for driving production and service division revenue through proactive sales efforts.
- Bridge the gap between estimators, sales team, surveyors, customers, service technicians, project managers, and company leadership.
- Generate leads, build long-term customer relationships, and expand the service portfolio with building owners, property managers, contractors, and facility teams.
- Conduct site visits, roof inspections, and assessments to identify service needs and create solution-based proposals.
- Prepare and present service agreements, repair scopes, maintenance programs, and budgetary planning recommendations.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools; track follow-ups, proposals, and closing ratios.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers throughout the service lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing service, estimating, sales, or project management.
- 5+ years' industry knowledge and experience.
- 2-3+ years' experience managing a small to mid-sized team.
- 2+ years' experience working in a Leadership capacity.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
- Experience with commercial roof asset management software.
