• Define the visual style and direction for all brand campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
• Oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of high-quality photo and video content for multi-channel campaigns—including digital, print, social media, and experiential platforms.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, Brand Managers, Producers, and external agencies to develop concepts and storyboards that translate campaign ideas into powerful visual assets.
• Direct and supervise all aspects of photo and video shoots—camera work, lighting, composition, set design, and post-production—ensuring creative excellence and consistency.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for shoots, ensuring efficient use while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technology, and best practices in photography and videography as it relates to AI and continuously evolve and elevate brand storytelling.
