About the role

  • Support in developing concepts to further develop the range of services and clinic structures
  • Planning, organizing and implementing projects independently and as part of interdisciplinary teams
  • Collecting and analyzing project-related data and preparing reports and decision templates for management
  • Analyzing and optimizing clinical workflows to improve process quality and efficiency
  • Supporting the organization and facilitation of workshops, meetings and events as part of project work and daily operations
  • Interdisciplinary coordination of the various departments (medicine, nursing, administration) and external partners

Requirements

  • Completed degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in health or social sciences, or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in a project-related environment in the health or social sector, ideally including consulting
  • Solid experience in project conception and management, and/or in designing and optimizing processes
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style combined with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
  • High level of responsibility, initiative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in interdisciplinary teams, with a friendly and confident manner
