About the role

  • Further development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with current legal and professional requirements
  • Creation, updating and maintenance of QM documents, procedural instructions, checklists and standards
  • Conducting internal audits and supporting external inspections (e.g. Medical Service audits, supervisory authority inspections)
  • Advising and supporting facility and nursing management in implementing quality objectives
  • Implementing, monitoring and evaluating quality standards across facilities
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes to improve care quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Training and guiding staff on quality-related topics
  • Monitoring and evaluating quality indicators, preparing reports and action plans
  • Acting as an interface between nursing, administration, IT and the sponsoring organization
  • Contributing to digital QM and documentation systems and supporting IT‑based process optimization

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in nursing science, nursing management, quality management or a comparable leadership qualification in nursing
  • Several years of professional experience in a management or QM role in residential eldercare or the healthcare sector
  • Solid knowledge of legal requirements (SGB XI, HeimG, quality inspection guidelines, expert standards)
  • Experience in the application and further development of QMS (e.g. DIN EN ISO, EFQM, TQM)
  • Confident handling of IT systems and digital documentation programs
  • Strong advisory and communication skills, organizational talent and assertiveness
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
