About the role
- Further development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with current legal and professional requirements
- Creation, updating and maintenance of QM documents, procedural instructions, checklists and standards
- Conducting internal audits and supporting external inspections (e.g. Medical Service audits, supervisory authority inspections)
- Advising and supporting facility and nursing management in implementing quality objectives
- Implementing, monitoring and evaluating quality standards across facilities
- Analyzing and optimizing processes to improve care quality and cost-effectiveness
- Training and guiding staff on quality-related topics
- Monitoring and evaluating quality indicators, preparing reports and action plans
- Acting as an interface between nursing, administration, IT and the sponsoring organization
- Contributing to digital QM and documentation systems and supporting IT‑based process optimization
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in nursing science, nursing management, quality management or a comparable leadership qualification in nursing
- Several years of professional experience in a management or QM role in residential eldercare or the healthcare sector
- Solid knowledge of legal requirements (SGB XI, HeimG, quality inspection guidelines, expert standards)
- Experience in the application and further development of QMS (e.g. DIN EN ISO, EFQM, TQM)
- Confident handling of IT systems and digital documentation programs
- Strong advisory and communication skills, organizational talent and assertiveness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
