About the role
- Territory Manager plans and executes commercial initiatives to meet sales targets for Kate Farms.
- Manages relationships with hospitals, home care, distributors; develops market strategies.
- Drives demand: formulary approvals, clinician exposure, prescriptions, community events, partnerships, sampling.
- Provides ongoing technical training to customers and supports hospital staff.
- Reports market feedback weekly and monthly; participates in meetings and conferences.
- Represents Kate Farms values and integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- A minimum of 5 years of recent sales, or equivalent related work experience.
- Registered Dietitian preferred.
- Proactive attitude, initiative, and drive.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, email, calendar).
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.
- Strong judgment and ability to adapt; flexibility with hours including weekends/evenings if needed.
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
- Own vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.
