About the role

  • Territory Manager plans and executes commercial initiatives to meet sales targets for Kate Farms.
  • Manages relationships with hospitals, home care, distributors; develops market strategies.
  • Drives demand: formulary approvals, clinician exposure, prescriptions, community events, partnerships, sampling.
  • Provides ongoing technical training to customers and supports hospital staff.
  • Reports market feedback weekly and monthly; participates in meetings and conferences.
  • Represents Kate Farms values and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent sales, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Registered Dietitian preferred.
  • Proactive attitude, initiative, and drive.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, email, calendar).
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.
  • Strong judgment and ability to adapt; flexibility with hours including weekends/evenings if needed.
  • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
  • Own vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.
