About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
  • Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
  • Configure Employee Central modules such as Core HR, Organizational Management, Position Management, Employee Data Management, Workforce Administration, Business Rules and Workflows, Foundation Objects.
  • Design and document future-state HR processes aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Analyze existing HR processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to support interfaces between Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users and administrators.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consulting experience.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Employee Central solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in Employee Central Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, Organizational Management, Employee Lifecycle Processes.
  • Experience supporting global HR transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
  • Experience with SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  • SAP Activate methodology experience.
  • Experience with SAP Integration Suite and middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll integration.
  • Consulting or System Integrator experience.
