About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
Configure Employee Central modules such as Core HR, Organizational Management, Position Management, Employee Data Management, Workforce Administration, Business Rules and Workflows, Foundation Objects.
Design and document future-state HR processes aligned with SAP best practices.
Analyze existing HR processes and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with integration teams to support interfaces between Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Develop and execute test scenarios, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions for business users and administrators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consulting experience.
Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Employee Central solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong expertise in Employee Central Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, Organizational Management, Employee Lifecycle Processes.
Experience supporting global HR transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
Experience with SAP GROW and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
SAP Activate methodology experience.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite and middleware platforms.
Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll integration.
Consulting or System Integrator experience.
