About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects as part of SAP GROW transformation programs.
- Conduct discovery sessions, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and requirements gathering activities.
- Configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements and SAP best practices.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities including design, testing, training, deployment, and hypercare.
- Ensure alignment between HR processes and SAP Cloud standards.
- Analyze HR business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Design future-state HR processes leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
- Collaborate with integration and technical teams to support interfaces and data migration activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
- Experience implementing one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Succession & Development, Compensation, Employee Experience Management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience participating in SAP Cloud implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
