About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop comprehensive training strategies aligned with SAP GROW implementation timelines and business objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify role-based learning requirements.
- Create training plans, schedules, and learning roadmaps for business users and key stakeholders.
- Support organizational readiness and user adoption initiatives.
- Design and develop engaging training materials including: User Guides, Quick Reference Cards, Process Documentation, eLearning Content, Training Presentations, Job Aids, Knowledge Base Articles.
- Deliver instructor-led virtual and classroom training sessions.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs and support super-user networks.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and SAP system demonstrations.
- Support adoption initiatives that increase user engagement and SAP system utilization.
- Gather user feedback and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support go-live readiness activities and post-go-live user support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, user enablement, or organizational adoption programs.
- Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise application implementations.
- Strong instructional design and adult learning principles knowledge.
- Experience developing training materials and facilitating end-user training sessions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and client-facing environment.
